Afghan Handmade Hat Chitrali 100% Wool Pakol also called Peshawari Cap with peacock taj The Pakol or Pakul Cap is an Afghan / Pakistani headdress of woven wool (Sheep or Camel wool) from Nuristan / Chitral.
